What have been your greatest challenges preparing healthy foods? Recipes? Ingredients? How to? Here are some great food preparation tips that can lighten your load and ease your mind.

  • A rice cooker is an inexpensive took and makes for a simple, easy way to prepare large quantities of rice and quinoa. You can prepare the grains ahead of time, store them in the refrigerator and use later in stir fry. YUM!
  • A crock pot is a great for speeding up meal prep. They are especially good for cooking vegetables, stews, soups and meat. Set it and forget it, one-pot delicious meals with leftovers for next days lunch.
